Renata Castilho

Renata Castilho, Castilho's family moved to Paris, France when Renata was sixteen years old. There she studied jewelry design and soon began producing and creating art. A great part of her art knowledge is self-taught. She is a daughter of a Fashion Journalist and a Sociologist .Renata then became involved in the fashion field, through her mother’s influence, She used her art knowledge to work in fashion and accessory design, and illustration. She then became interested in the publishing field. At the age of twenty six she was invited to be an Art Director in Sao Paulo.
Renata is a Fashion Illustrator, Fashion and Jewelry Designer, Art Director, Furniture Designer, Painter and Sculptor. In 2000, Renata started to show her art in the United States. Renata also wrote articles for magazines as a correspondent and was a coordinator of events for large companies for product displays . Renata then moved to Chicago after a invitation to be part of a Mural project. In september of 2007 Renata left United States and moved to Bologna. In 2009 she went to living in France

Renata Castilho, arrive à Paris avec sa famille quand elle a seize ans. Elle y réside pendant 10 ans, étudiant ensuite la Création et le Dessin de Bijoux/Joaillerie.
Peu de temps après elle commence à produire et créer des œuvres artistiques. Une grande partie de sa connaissance se base sur l’autodidactie. Renata s’implique alors dans le domaine de la mode sous l'influence de sa mère. Utilisant sa connaissance de l'art pour travailler dans ce secteur, elle se met à la création d’accessoires, et se lance dans l'illustration de catalogues et magazines.
Elle s’intéresse à présent à la publication et à l'âge de vingt-six ans, on lui propose le poste de Directrice artistique dans une agence de publicité de Sao Paulo. Renata devient par expérience une : l'Illustratrice de Mode, Designer de Bijoux, Directrice d’Art, Designer de Meubles, Peintre et Sculpteur...
En 2000, Renata commence à faire connaître son art aux Etats-Unis. Elle écrit aussi des articles pour des magazines comme correspondante et coordinatrice artistique dans le domaine évènementiel pour de grandes sociétés.
Renata se déplace ensuite à Chicago pour participer à un grand projet de peinture murale et de décoration artistique. Cela concerne alors, la conception architecturale de restaurants haut gamme.
Renata gagne le prix de poésie de l’ American Poetry Association en 2006.
En 2007, elle part en Italie, à Bologne, et y reste 2 ans.
Finalement en septembre 2009, après une visite dans le Sud de la France, elle décide de s’installer où elle habite depuis 1 an.

Renata Castilho, ha studiato ''disegno dei gioielli'' a Parigi. L'arte e la conoscenza artistica le deriva direttamente dalla famiglia; infatti Renata è un'artista ''fatta da se''. Figlia di una nota giornalista di moda e di un sociologo, all'età' di 16 anni n’é trasferita' con la famiglia a Parigi, Francia., dove ha inizita la sua avventura nell'arte del disegno e della moda per poi iniziare la ricerca delle forme delle illustrazioni, della 
moda e dei gioielli. A 26 anni è chiamata a dirigere una galleria/scuola d'arte in Brasile.
 Renata e' illustratrice di moda e gioielli, pittrice e disegnatrice, scultrice ed arredatrice. É ''un'artista dei murales''. Nel 2000, Renata ha 
iniziato ad esporre le sue opere negli USA, dove si e' nel frattempo trasferita. Dopo una intensa attività' espositiva in Houston (Texas) dove ha anche scritto articoli per una rivista di moda ed è apparsa nel campo delle relazioni artistiche e la promosse di eventi 
per grande aziende, Renata si e' mossa a Chicago dove e' stata chiamata per partecipare a progetti di murales ed affreschi. In settembre di 2007 Renata abbandona il Stati Uniti per vivere a Bologna. Dopo due anni di Bologna, nel 2009, Renata parte per vivere in Francia dove si trova fino adesso.
